Title: The Survivors

Genre: Horror/Thriller

Plot: Zombie Apocalypse – People Travelling and get noticed by some infected. Soon commences into chase scene and some fighting. The story shows how people are surviving an apocalypse in the community.

Location:  Darland Banks/Woods / Star Lane - Evening

Props: air soft BB gun, Torches

Cast:

·         Abdul – Survivor (Military Back ground)

·         Freya – Survivor ( The non sexy but slight sexy female)

Micro – Features

·         Reaction Shot – When people see the infected/ when infected see living people.

·         First Person – To show characters point of view (POV)

·         Two shot – To show an exchange of dialogue between two survivors

·         Over The shoulder – To show someone’s reaction during a conversation.

·         Establishing Shot – To set the scene of the apocalypse

·         Long Shot – To show infected running from a distance.

Target Audience

The Target Audience for our short film is people around the age of older teenagers/young adults (15 to 18+).

Unique Selling Point (Audience Appeal)

The use of our first person view during our combat scenes gives a unique and refreshing view on a genre that is used quite commonly, this allows are film to be different and separate it from other films in the zombie apocalypse genre. It also gives the film a look that moves away from the Hollywood professional style of camera shots and makes the scene more on the audience’s level and immerses them more in the scene.
